As mentioned in the previous chapter, computers are powerful and efficient in running simulations for us. Computers, however, rely on us to design and build the algorithms which will be used for our simulations. It is, therefore, important to study what computational resources are available and the descriptive statistical concepts involved in simulations. We will utilize the software known as Excel in this chapter to do just that.
